Hi, there to all of my loyal bloggers and readers.

I do apologize for my disappearance acts and lack of depth in my recent posts. Please allow me to get you up to speed with my latest project for Half Evil clothing called, APPVRITION. I enjoy bold logos with meaningful symbolism. I created these new patch designs by taking my favorite symbols and recreating them to have new meaning.

The first design with the crossed keys is called, The Keys of Blood & Tyranny. They represent the keys of the fallen one that give passage into the depths of relentless punishment. A place better known as Hell.

The second design I've decided to call, The Infinite Eye. An eye surrounded by AK-47's with infinite ammunition. This design represents seeing evil and defending knowledge and truth.

The third design is called, The Dark Seal. It represents the entire APPVRITION line along with Half Evil clothing.

I can't post everything that's new until my co-creative director Brad and I are finished polishing off a set list of products to be released along with other bullshit tasks. This is only the beginning of the mutiny and succession from the dying lands in which we reside.

A Day In The Life Of Ankh Trinity

Ankh Trinity is a 20 year old soul from Alexandria Virginia. October 21, 2011 I was sitting on my couch eating grilled cheese and watching Fearfest on AMC (American Movie Channel). Hosted by George A. Romero. My phone rang and it was a very excited Ankh informing me that he had arrived in Richmond and was in need of a guide. I saw this as the perfect opportunity to not only show him a good time, but to also video document his experiences. Oh yeah, I also filmed him get his tongue pierced!!! Death Before Dishonor

This design was inspired by an old cigar box logo and a tattoo my friend Ethan has on his left fore arm. The infinity symbol in the middle of the triangle, which is the strongest shape in nature, is protected by six swords and represents our possibilities. Those swords represent my brothers. They also represent the responsibilities we each have. Between those swords are the words "Death Before Dishonor". The snake on the outside of the swords that is slithering towards the symbol for infinity represents the negativity being kept outside of us. Should it attempt to infiltrate we would cut it apart.

The Reason You Follow

I'm marveling in wonder at how easy it is for people to become entranced with the delusional idea that they could acquire some one else's identity. Yes, it is a grand experience to slip into an alternate persona. This is only true for those who create one. Those who suck blood and take away from the beating hearts of creators the way Vampire's wish they could be mortal. Running away from the daylight's warmth as the sun rises. Not with the promise of progression but instead with the opportunity to make a better tomorrow. Stalking the flesh of creators hiding in their shadows and avoiding mirrors. Too afraid to look themselves in the eye because they'd be staring back at someone else's reflection.

2011 re-cap. The Holik Releases HERPEGONASYPHILDS in March. Later becoming a featured Artist on WRIR 97.3 Hip Hop For The Rest Of Us. A weekly radio show hosted by the legendary Black Liquid. Then shortly after gets recruited to be the 20th and final member of Richmond Hip-Hop collective Just Plain Sounds in July just before releasing his second mixtape, Samurai Swords & Skateboards. Damn, its been one Hell of a year for this 18 year old graphic cosmetologist turned rapper.
